We are seeking an exceptional Senior Program Manager (Level 7) to lead our global OTS Supply Chain (OTS-SC) Business Services organization. This strategic leadership role will oversee a team of program managers focused on business process excellence, change management, project management excellence, and strategic planning. The position requires a thoughtful leader who can orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives while driving operational excellence across our global technology fulfillment services.

As the Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing a robust strategy to lower cost to serve and improve customer experience, partnering with various organizations across broader Amazon. You will lead key transformational programs and organizational change initiatives spanning our in-house and partner locations.

In this pivotal role, you will:
• Own overall governance, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives
• Ensure coordination between cross functional teams (both internal and external)
• Drive executive reporting and leadership engagement
• Progress long-term vision and roadmap for key supply chain functions
• Engage with stakeholders (procurement, operations, finance) to refine processes
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation


Key job responsibilities
As a Level 7 Program Manager at Amazon, you will help shape overall strategy and execution of a multi-function global business. This role demands a unique blend of high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution, requiring you to:

- Progress and drive strategic initiatives while diving deep into various perspectives and experiences to ensure successful implementation.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership in a highly visible, cross-functional capacity.
- Champion customer experience, foster innovation, and build cross-team partnerships to deliver significant business impact.
- Prepare strategic long-term plans, routine business updates, and program updates for senior management.
- Manage and mentor a team of program managers responsible for Business Process Excellence, Business Unit Management and Value Tracking, Change Management Leadership, Project Management Excellence, and Strategic Planning and Analysis.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Develop and grow team capabilities to support expanding business needs.
- Develop long-term vision and roadmap for key supply chain functions.
- Engage with stakeholders (procurement, operations, finance) to refine processes.
- Ensure alignment with PMO governance and reporting frameworks.

- Deep understanding of technology infrastructure and supply chain operations- MBA
- Experience delivering cross functional projects
- PMP certificate
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification
