Key job responsibilities
* Investigate and troubleshoot process-specific issues through systematic analysis and problem-solving
* Manage internal support tickets with high attention to detail and sense of urgency
* Perform deep-dive analysis to identify root causes of operational issues
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions
* Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Monitor metrics and identify opportunities for process optimization- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
