For business development, we are now looking for the Account Manager (Influencer Integrated) with roles as below: 

About the Role  

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process, from initial client briefings and market research to developing innovative strategies, presenting recommendations, and overseeing implementation.
    • Proactively identify new business opportunities and growth areas within existing client accounts.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform strategic recommendations.
    • Develop and implement frameworks and methodologies to enhance the team's strategic planning capabilities.
  • Client & Partner Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
    • Consult with clients on a wide range of business challenges, providing strategic guidance and solutions across various areas, including product development, marketing, and communications.
    • Cultivate and manage relationships with key external partners, including media vendors, research agencies, technology providers, and platform partners.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Manage, inspire, and mentor a team of planners, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and a results-oriented approach.
    • Oversee the training and development of junior planners and trainees, ensuring a strong pipeline of future talent.

What You’ll Need  

This person should be qualified:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields is required (Master degree is a plus).
  • A minimum of 8 year- experience in Planning Department is required (Experience working in Client/ platform side is a plus). At least 6 years in Managerial experience.
  • Proven work experience in Brand/ Communication strategy, Digital/ Social planning (especially Influencer Marketing) is required.
  • Previous innovative project and experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to meet tight. deadlines while juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
