Key Responsabilities
· The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for the coordination activities of the Technicians and the Services.
· Coordinate the schedule of the Technicians for allocation at the customer.
· Communicate with customers and suppliers and provide guidance to Service Technicians.
· Preparation of detailed and organized technical reports.
Qualifications and Experience
· High school, with a technical school certificate.
· 05+ year´s in the role of Coordination of Technical Assistants.
· Intermediate/advanced English (writing and conversation).
Technical Skills
· Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Power Point
· Knowledge of ERP SAP B1.
· Ability to solve problems and propose alternatives.
· Control of agendas, dates, prediction of the need for orders.
· Knowledge in travel to coordinate travel time by air, road, accommodation, etc.
· Negotiation skill.
