This position is primarily responsible for training delivery, including overseeing training plans, and assessing team members’ learning progress. The incumbent will provide training sessions tailored to the specific needs of the assessment team, using diverse instructional methods to engage team members effectively. In addition, designs and updates training materials as needed to align with Telligen goals.This position will also work with team members’ direct managers to evaluate and identify team members training needs and develop strategies for continuous improvement. Incumbent is also expected to complete assessments as needed.
