The Assessor Reviewer I is responsible for face-to-face assessments of vulnerable populations for various clients. Persons being assessed reside in the community or in facilities. Assessor Reviewers also may complete review decisions regarding services needed to be successful in the community. If hired a two day in-person training in West Des Moines is required for this role.
