The Health Management Supervisor - RN is responsible for supervising program staff. The incumbent will provide technical guidance and training to staff related to the contract/program operations. Health management services may include population health management, practice facilitation, medical/utilization management, and/or quality improvement activities. The position will be responsible for monitoring compliance in accordance with client and contract deliverables as well as service and/or accreditation requirements as applicable.
