Job Description
Meta is seeking an analytical, process & detail oriented individual to drive global process standardization, process management, and continuous improvement projects across our Sales organization. Your role will be a part of the Sales Strategic Planning & Operations team, which oversees group strategy and operational execution. The primary objectives of this role are to (a) assess the efficiency of our Operating Model, (b) identify, design and implement process/ tool improvements and (c) own operational processes globally with the intent of continuous improvement to the way the business operates. You will be close to the organization’s global strategy and will be tasked with proactively identifying future needs to ensure the business is operationally ready as strategy evolves, changes and new growth opportunities are identified and prioritized. The role partners deeply with stakeholders across all Sales Teams and cross-functional partners (including Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Finance etc.).
You will be just as comfortable running in-depth analysis of our existing Operating Model as well as clearly communicating, presenting and project managing proposed improvements. You will be expected to be self-starting and to architect processes in a move-fast environment. You should expect to work in a highly ambiguous environment where scope of responsibility and performance is measured on the impact they have had on our operational effectiveness.
