www.finn.com Your Role You are responsible for the first third of our vehicles’ lifecycle - our infleeting processes. You make sure that the cars we purchase directly from OEMs are prepared quickly, reliably and efficiently for our customers and manage the availabilities and lead times on our website. Further, you own the relationship with our compound partners across Germany and ensure smooth processes across the entire lifecycle. You lead, coach and develop our infleeting team and drive the advancement of our infleeting setup (partners, processes, tech platform) to set a new industry benchmark. In this role, you have mission-critical impact on FINN’s business by enabling rapid growth, maximizing fleet utilization and driving customer experience.
