In this role you will join a small IT support team. We offer broad scope and autonomy allowing the right candidate to spread their wings and fly. Weβre seeking an entry-level Junior IT Support Engineer who wants to develop their technological skills. Your skills and experience will contribute to our vision of leveraging knowledge graphs to supercharge security intelligence and operations. We believe in a wholesale rebranding of security operations to security intelligence ensuring that our outputs provide positive value to the business in the form of fuel for proactive decision making. In this role you will help provide the rock-solid, technical foundation that the company will build upon as we work to enable security teams the world over.
You will be a driving force that provides our staff with platforms and technologies to drive their work. Not to mention youβll have a chance to learn security from our engineering teams building the infrastructure for a new generation of products.

Preferred Qualifications
Possess rudimentary knowledge of troubleshooting issues with computers running Windows (version >=10)
Is comfortable identifying and socializing issues while also presenting solutions
Familiarity with using SaaS enterprise solutions like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Confluence, and Jira
Experience working with cloud computing providers like AWS
Experience working in a technical support role
