Operations Program Manager

Operations Program Manager (OPM) prioritize and manage product dependencies while bringing a customer-centric mindset to influence key decisions that support Operations objectives. They are the primary Operations interface between core product teams and other functional organizations within Reality Labs. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills as there will be close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Communications, legal, Engineering, Finance, and other Operations teams, in addition to suppliers. OPMs need a technical understanding of their products and detailed operational knowledge of product development, manufacturing, and supply chain processes. They are entrepreneurial, proactive, and structured problem solvers who can manage multiple products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
