FSQA Compliance Coordinator

Job Description

The FSQA Compliance Coordinator plays a crucial role in the business by working with all FSQA Stakeholders to formulate system requirements, develop system plans and documentation, review and evaluate existing systems, and design and modify systems to meet the requirements of the FSQA Team.

This role has a key responsibility to the reporting framework of the FSQA team across both up and downstream activities and works to connect the functions through use of tools and reports in order to smooth the pathway for team and external communications.

You will…

SUPPLIER & SKU ONBOARDING

• To ensure the Authenticate management landscape is running efficiently and suppliers are set up on Authenticate and are fully informed on the functioning of Authenticate.
• To review supplier and SKU documentation, providing timely feedback to the supplier, engendering a RIGHT FIRST TIME approach to all documentation requirements.

SUPPLIER AUDIT SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

• To ensure local stakeholders, including the FSQA Category Management team ANZ, are kept up to date on where they are required to assist and maintain the working relationships with the supplier they are responsible for in all aspects of supplier audit compliance.
• To assist with the communication to the supplier base, the HelloFresh International Supplier Management Procedure, local Audit Protocol and the SAQ process requirements, ensuring suppliers have full understanding of HelloFresh processes and the importance of audit outcomes.
• To escalate to the appropriate category FSQA leads when lack of engagement from the supplier is noted in order for the responsible person to take action.

• To arrange, document, follow up and close out SQA activities, supplier audits and supplier visits as scheduled in the Annual Supplier Audit Schedule and in line with the Audit Protocol.

SKU MANAGEMENT BAU

• To carry out reviews of SKU specifications, at least once annually or when change occurs.
• To ensure all specifications uploaded onto Octopus are current and updated.

• To review Supplier-SKU relationships and deactivate where obsolete relationships are identified, subject to Procurement approval.

SKU MANAGEMENT CI

• To project manage from a HelloConnect perspective any changes to the tools and systems which may come out of continual improvement initiatives within these frameworks. E.g. the move to authenticate and depreciation of tools such as Octopus.

TEAM SUPPORT & MENTORSHIP

• To support other team members in both BAU and project work, as required.
• To mentor and train newly recruited team members and/or existing team members in your area of knowledge and expertise, as required.

SPECIAL PROJECTS 

• To engage in special projects as required.

You have…

ABILITIES

• Knowledge and awareness of practical application of ANZ Food Regulations.
• Advanced Gsuite and MSsuite skills, with expert ability in data manipulation and analytics.
• Ability to quickly adapt to an autonomous landscape, whilst also being comfortable and competent working in multiple cross functional team scenarios.
• Organized and logical approach to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• High level of awareness of the Ethical & Environmental landscape.
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, both written and verbal, whilst building constructive relationships and influencing without authority, as needed.
• Drives change, positively approaches challenges, is consistent, decisive & clear in messaging.

EDUCATION
Degree in related discipline (essential)

Duration: Permanent full time role

Location: Chippendale, Sydney, Head Office 

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + Super
