Your Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team selling to the elite market. You’ll focus on inbound sales development and outbound prospecting of new customers. Moreover, you will generate, qualify and filter new leads, converting them into initial interest opportunities and assigning them to the right Account Executive. 

In this role, you’ll: 

  • Be a partner. Together with Account Executives, you’ll build a territory success plan that identifies expansion opportunities. You’ll find the best way to reach prospects to generate additional revenue. 
  • Build a strong pipeline. By prospecting inbound and outbound leads, qualifying and converting them into opportunities sales, you’ll help drive revenue growth for the company
  • Manage our systems. You’ll maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline by properly moving opportunities across stages and evaluating deals for the appropriate value.
  • Work toward goals. You’ll aim to achieve set monthly, quarterly and yearly targets by running demos and calls to understand client needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.

This role requires at least three days per week in the office, so we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our office in Barcelona.

Must-Haves

  • Excellent communicator. You’re able to get your message across through verbal and written communication, and you have great presentation skills.
  • Proactive. You’re always on top of reaching out to clients, and you love going the extra mile to help a customer.
  • Experienced. You’ve spent a couple of years in sales and are ready to identify new business opportunities.
  • Empathetic. You can step into the customer’s world, understanding their problems to provide better solutions.
  • Organized. You have workflows and processes that help prioritize what’s most important.
  • A team player. You improve every team you’re on with your collaborative nature.
  • Language skills. You’re fluent in English and German. (French or any other languages are a plus.)  

Nice-to-Haves

  • Sports technology savvy. If you already understand our products and are able to effectively communicate their value to clients, that’s a plus. 
  • Growth mindset. You’re not willing to settle for where you’re at.
  • Salesforce experience. You have worked with a CRM like Salesforce, and have a disciplined approach to approaching and engaging partners.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is displayed below. The actual earnings will vary based on your individual performance against defined quotas you’ll receive after your start date in your Individual Sales Plan (ISP).

€22.400€37.800 EUR
On-Target Earnings
€32.000€54.000 EUR
