The Microsoft Security Engineering team is looking for a Chief of Staff. This role will report to the CVP and partner with the Leadership Team to manage team business operations, finance operations, team communications, customer engagements and culture investments. The Chief of Staff will manage the team's rhythm of business, deliver on resource planning and management, drive team and executive communications, CVP’s customer engagements and develop and manage the team’s culture.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with proven skills in driving key initiatives with results through engagement with internal partners, have a solid process and business acumen across program management, financial management , planning, data analytics, and business/performance management. The candidate will be a problem solver and be resourceful, creative, and able to work through others.
