As the Treasury Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of the company's treasury functions. You will be responsible for overseeing banking relationships and administration, global cash management, investments, credit facility compliance, insurance, and contributing to the company’s overall capital allocation and investment strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Relationship management: Manage the company’s relationships with current and potential creditors, insurers and others
  • Bank administration: Oversee, manage and administer signers and user access across the global banking infrastructure. Coordinate with processors and other departments to ensure well controlled and efficient cash operations
  • Global cash management: Forecast, analyze and report on global cash positions, inter-company funding, sources and uses, and credit facility compliance
  • Investments: Maintain and advise the company on investment strategies, investment policies and manage company’s investments in accordance therewith
  • Insurance: Manage and oversee the company’s annual insurance renewal
  • Team Leadership: In an individual contributor role, manage relationships with legal, accounting and other departments to support the company’s strategic objectives and daily operations
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate treasury-related matters to internal stakeholders, external auditors, and others as necessary
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with evolving treasury laws and opportunities, assessing the impact on the company and making recommendations. Identify and implement process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive treasury experience, public company experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to management and other stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset, capable of aligning treasury initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
  • Willingness to get into the details and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
