Role​ ​at​ ​a​ ​Glance:

We are seeking a customer-obsessed Product Manager to drive new growth initiatives for Paystand’s B2B ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate with customers and research industry innovations to develop a roadmap of new product initiatives that enable Paystand to provide additional value to current AR/AP customers while identifying new business opportunities that expand our target market.

Critical to this role is the ability to learn quickly, leverage data-driven insights to develop clear growth hypotheses, and validate these hypotheses by developing an MVP and testing GTM strategies.

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct customer and market research to validate Paystand’s backlog of innovations.
  • Use data to develop business justifications for roadmap prioritization.
  • Leverage anecdotes, insights, and intuition to identify product MVPs that can justify larger team investments.
  • Be scrappy in identifying and onboarding early adopters for new products.
  • Develop GTM strategies to scale successful innovations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and communicate product roadmaps.
  • Own executive-level communications, updating progress and justifying investments in growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
  • You are a strategic thinker who can use data, anecdotes, and creativity to quantify problems and invent solutions.
  • You possess strong analytical, quantitative, and strategic thinking skills.
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • You excel in cross-collaboration with both internal and external partners.
  • You have the ability to be hands-on across the PM stack to iterate quickly.
  • Prior experience with cloud-native stacks and SaaS platforms is a plus.
  • You have an understanding of FinTech and blockchain.
