GTM Strategy and Revenue Programs Channel Specialist

About this role:

As a GTM Strategy and Revenue Program Channel Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for sales programs within the Channel team. This high-impact position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytical acumen, and strong multi-tasking capabilities. Success in this role hinges on your ability to meet aggressive deadlines while exhibiting strong communication skills.

In this role, you will become an expert in the Channel team, gaining deep insights into launching revenue generating programs that spam across multiple organizations. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the global sales program team to develop and refine the sales program strategy specifically for the Channel teams. You will define and own the standard of “what good looks like”, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure these programs continue to generate pipeline, revenue and strong conversion rates.This role requires you to be based in either Austin or Arlington, with the flexibility to work regularly from one of our office hubs. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Strategic Alignment: Execute a comprehensive strategy in partnership with the Channel team and Sales Program team to achieve their sales program goals with an emphasis on sales programs and revenue generation.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Proactively identify and surface opportunities to increase efficiency, pipeline generation, and conversion rates.
  • Gap Identification: Address gaps in the overall sales program strategy to meet the needs of the Channel team, collaborating across multiple teams to produce timely solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage changes to the overall strategy and work with stakeholders to deliver high quality material on time that will be delivered to the field
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales organization.

 

Qualifications:

  • Location Flexibility: Must be based in either Austin or Arlington, with the ability to regularly work from one of our office hubs.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel or equivalent tools.
  • Sales Systems Knowledge: Extensive experience with sales processes, systems, tools, and reporting.
  • Industry Experience: 3-5 years in the technology industry, specializing in sales operations, sales strategy, or management consulting; must be familiar with go-to-market strategies.
  • High-Growth Environment: Proven success in a high-growth software business, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Results-Oriented: Robust problem-solving skills, ability to operate with minimal direction, and achieve financial targets under tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and willing to contribute across various business areas to support leaders in scaling the business.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships across all levels and functions within the company.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrated success in thriving within fast-paced, highly matrixed settings.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Influencing Skills: Ability to gain alignment and drive results through strong influencing skills.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead new initiatives.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology discipline required; MBA with a deep understanding of business drivers preferred.
