ClickUp is seeking a leader in payroll management and compliance who has strengths in developing comprehensive, end-to-end payroll processing and strategy execution. This individual has a strong and balanced understanding of payroll systems, compliance regulations, and financial analysis.
 
The ideal Payroll Manager understands the importance of payroll operations and has prior experience in working with HR and finance teams to build efficient payroll systems and ensure compliance using analytical skills and attention to detail. The Role:

  • Lead payroll operations in the Philippines, ensuring timely salary disbursement, adjustments, and compliance with payroll schedules.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, including deductions, overtime, and benefits adjustments.
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to verify attendance, timesheets, and leave records, ensuring payroll accuracy.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries, discrepancies, and adjustments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate computation and disbursement of statutory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other legally mandated contributions.
  • Oversee the preparation and management of 13th Month Pay, bonuses, and other compensation-related benefits.
  • Partner with HR to continuously update and maintain employee benefits, such as HMO, and leave entitlements.
  • Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in payroll processes.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline payroll processes, identify improvements, and implement best practices in payroll management.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with employees regarding payroll policies, benefits, and any payroll-related issues.
  • Maintain pulse on industry trends and best practices in Payroll Service, technology and service deliver finding opportunities to enhance our capabilities and drive continuous improvement.
 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of payroll management experience
  • Expert knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS (e.g., Workday, CloudPay).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight payroll deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
  • Experience managing payroll in multiple countries, such as Australia, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Canada, is a plus.
