What's exciting about the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Shopper Support Team, delivering exceptional service to our customers from all over the world. You will combine skills, passion, customer-focus, and positive mindset to elevate Verifone's service delivery and will be a strong contributor to the overall success we achieve.

Main responsibilities:

  • Handling customer requests via phone and e-mail related to the online purchase process (Inbound process)
  • Handling confidential information securely according to internal rules.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Working Hours and Shifts

We operate a standard 40-hour work week. This role involves alternating shift patterns, including some weekend work, to ensure smooth operations.

Shift Details:

  • Early Shift: 7:00 AM to 15:30 PM
  • Late Shift: 13:00 PM to 22:00 PM
  • Weekend Rotation: You will be required to work two weekends per month.

This schedule is designed to provide round the clock support for our customers and flexibility while ensuring work-life balance for our team.

Skills and Experience we desire

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Fluent Romanian & English language (Written and Verbal)
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to adapt and respond effectively to diverse personalities and character types
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
