What makes our ride unique?

🤝 Our culture and strong values.

💪 Our career development philosophy.

🤝 Our commitment to being a force for good.

We have a vision: Building the largest marketplace in your city, to give access to anything in minutes. And this is where your ride starts.

YOUR MISSION

You will be in charge of providing data for the main partner strategies of the Account Management team. Through analytics, you will be globally identifying and improving the experience of the customer in Glovo. You will be a direct contributor to key company initiatives, taking full ownership of data analysis and insight generation, automating data generation together with our Data teams, and driving reporting enhancements, while you will also contribute with recommendations to the initiatives you are part of for global implementation.

THE JOURNEY

  • Develop and apply analytical frameworks to evaluate partner performance across multiple countries.
  • Analyze partner behavior and lifecycle patterns and perform root-cause analysis to identify drivers of performance.
  • Build and run ad-hoc SQL queries to extract relevant data, prepare structured datasets, and support fast-turnaround analyses.
  • Automate recurring reports and build dashboards or ad-hoc reports to enable self-service access to key commercial metrics.
  • Calculate and track strategic KPIs such as retention and lifecycle targets, tailored by country and partner segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., BI, commercial, data managers) to define analytical priorities, validate insights, and align on actions.
  • Lead the discovery phase of new analytical topics, shaping hypotheses, structuring analysis, and translating data into clear, actionable insights.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience turning data into actionable insights to support internal decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills and solid command of SQL and Excel. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a must.
  • Experience with Python and analytical libraries (Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn, Jupyter/iPython notebooks) or R is highly valued.
  • A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of business impact and prioritization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities—you thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable managing several projects simultaneously.
  • A bias for action: you move fast, take ownership, and get things done with a hands-on attitude.
  • Team spirit and adaptability—you collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.
  • Professional level of English (written and spoken).

Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas. Even if it seems you don't meet our musts don't let it stop you, we are all about finding the best talent out there! Skills can be learned, and embracing diversity is invaluable.

We believe driven talent deserves:

  • 🌟 An enticing equity plan that lets you own a piece of the action.
  • 💪 Top-notch private health insurance to keep you at your peak.
  • 🍔 Monthly Glovo credit to satisfy your cravings!
  • 💳 Discounts on transportation, food, and even kindergarten expenses.
  • 🏊 Discounted gym memberships to keep you energized.
  • 🏖️ Extra time off, the freedom to work from home two days a week, and the opportunity to work from anywhere for up to three weeks a year!
  • 👪 Enhanced parental leave, and office-based nursery.
  • 🧠 Online therapy and wellbeing benefits to ensure your mental well-being.

Here at Glovo, we thrive on diversity, we believe it enhances our teams, products, and culture. We know that the best ideas come from a mashup of brilliant diverse minds. This is why we are committed to providing equal opportunities to talent from all backgrounds - all genders, racial/diverse backgrounds, abilities, ages, sexual orientations and all other unique characteristics that make you YOU. We will encourage you to bring your authentic self to work, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels heard.
