Role Description: Manage payroll processes for the Latin America region, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Handle payroll-related inquiries and provide support to employees regarding payroll issues. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity. Prepare and submit payroll reports as required. Key Job Responsibilities and Duties: Process payroll for employees in the Latin America region, including gross-to-net calculation, including but not limited to calculating wages, deductions, and taxes. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations. Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues. Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations. Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and regulatory authorities. Oversee of multi country payrolls. Role Qualifications and Requirements: Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken. Several years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational company. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and tax regulations in Latin America. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
