People Marketing Manager, WPP Group USA, Inc., New York, NY. Drive employee affinity by launching people-centric initiatives and delivering consumer grade experiences. Develop and execute marcomms strategies in collaboration with People team stakeholders with a focus on Generative AI’s impact on workforce initiatives. Manage internal and external comms and coordinate with various op-cos for timely updates, schedule meetings, follow-ups and key takeouts. Support the TA team with employer branding initiatives. Lead the development of monthly newsletter for WPP HQ people to steer communication and employee engagement. Develop and draft content that addresses the feedback expected to understand the wider People Strategy.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $136,674/yr.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Communication, Media, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience.
Must have five (5) years of experience with/in:
