Prime Video Sports Marketing's Creative team is seeking an Operations Specialist to optimize workflows and strengthen collaboration across our creative ecosystem. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the creative team, managing resources and processes for initiatives spanning Live Sports, Originals, Brand Creative, Channel Partnerships, Design Production, and Advertising collaborations.
As the creative team's operational hub, this position establishes and maintains efficient approval mechanisms while serving as the "front door" for all incoming projects and requests. Working in close partnership with our Marketing Operations Lead, this role ensures creative workflows integrate seamlessly with broader Sports Marketing processes and systems. Drawing from their creative background, the Operations Specialist will effectively allocate resources and manage expectations, speaking the language of both project management and creative work. They will also oversee relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with internal processes and standards.
The ideal candidate combines operational excellence with strong creative sensibilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment while adapting quickly to changing priorities. Their understanding of creative processes enables them to make informed decisions about resource allocation and project timelines, maintaining high quality standards across all initiatives.
This role is instrumental in helping our team deliver world-class sports content and marketing campaigns to global audiences, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery.
Key job responsibilities
Creative Team Operations
• Partner with Creative Directors and design team to develop and implement resource planning strategies
• Manage creative team scheduling and resource allocation across multiple simultaneous projects
• Maintain oversight of internal creative workflow and project timelines
• Ensure optimal utilization of our creative team's talent and resources
• Monitor and forecast creative team capacity based on project pipelines and business growth
Project Management & Creative Workflow
• Serve as the creative team's primary liaison with campaign managers and marketing stakeholders
• Partner with creative leadership to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
• Conduct regular creative team status meetings to align on marketing tentpoles and project progress
• Support creative leadership in budget preparation and management
• Develop and maintain efficient creative production and delivery processes
Quality Control & Brand Standards
• Work alongside creative team to ensure all output meets Prime Video's quality standards
• Implement quality assurance processes within creative workflow
• Partner with creative leadership to educate stakeholders on creative team processes
• Support creative team in maintaining brand consistency
• Monitor compliance with brand guidelines throughout creative development
Marketing Operations Alignment
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations Lead to ensure seamless integration of creative workflows with broader marketing systems and processes. Including aligning priorities, improving handoffs, standardizing request processes, and ensuring proper documentation of creative activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years experience in creative operations or creative team management
- Proven track record of managing creative team workflows and resources
- Experience with creative resource management and capacity planning
- Strong understanding of creative development and production processes- Experience working within in-house creative teams
- Background in sports marketing or entertainment industry
- Knowledge of broadcast/streaming creative production
- Familiarity with creative asset management systems
- Experience with creative team operations in a fast-paced environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
