Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in APAC recruitment.
  • Experience in project management, delivering results, extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret different data sets to decipher patterns and come up with solutions.
  • Ability to be self-directed and motivated with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills.
  • Excellent content development, articulation, written and presentation skills.

Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field. You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.

  • Execute a wide variety of go-to-market initiatives and programs (e.g. Networking sessions for leadership level talent, preparation session for early in career to mid-executive level talent, etc.) to build Google’s short and long-term candidate pipeline. 
  • Build social media communication for programs, promote Google employee advocacy programs, conduct exercises and research to build a social media presence for Google.
  • Implement and niche engagement and outreach programs to activate a potential passive pipeline.
  • Build data, reporting and insights to measure the impact of programs. Use analyses from past programs to develop recommendations for improvement and drive new initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with internal partners as well as external users and partners event programs, third-party vendors, etc. to enable efficient execution of Industry programs.
