As a Director, Growth, you will drive and lead the Growth Product and Marketing strategy to improve product activation and adoption, unlocking the full potential of Superhuman's features for high-performing teams. Champion the creation of world-class growth product experiences that set a new industry standard and accelerate the Superhuman mission to transform how people work and communicate through AI-powered email.

Outcome #1: Make Superhuman the #1 AI-powered Email App for high-performing Teams through exceptional product activation and adoption experiences.

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to drive impactful improvements across the customer experience that increases revenue growth, including website optimization, user and team signup, activation, adoption, referrals, and monetization.
  • Collaborate across GTM, Product, and Engineering teams to build programs that support the hybrid B2C2B business model, enabling individual self-serve users to convert to teams and enterprise accounts.
  • Create in-product experiences to increase product-qualified leads for sales by strategically partnering with demand gen, customer marketing, success, and sales teams.

Outcome #2: Rapidly and consistently deliver delightful and remarkable programs that drive teams retention and engagement

  • Uphold and enhance Superhuman’s strong brand affinity by delivering delightful and memorable experiences that foster product evangelism and increase virality.
  • Champion customer feedback loops between GTM and product teams to inform the greater product roadmap.
  • Define and execute a balanced growth roadmap, combining transformative initiatives with smaller-scale experiments to drive retention and engagement.

SALARY INFO πŸ’Έ

The Director, Growth role spans several internal levels and a wide breadth of experience at Superhuman. Our compensation band reflects the potentially broad range of candidates and experience levels that we are open to hiring for this role.

Our salaries for this role range from $210,000 - $285,000. The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, and company stock options.

We are open to candidates in the US, Canada, or Latin America. We take a locally informed approach to compensation and will be able to share ranges based on your area of residence during the interview process.
