So, what’s the role all about?

A NICE RVP for Partner Sales is responsible for all sales activities in the Commercial Global System Integrator and Solution Partner segments. The primary responsibilities include pipeline generation, forecasting, quota attainment, talent hiring and development, and sustained growth from the partner sales team. This leader will motivate the partner sales team to achieve critical performance targets, exceeding quotas, and delivering business growth. The RVP role works closely with cross-functional leadership teams to execute on corporate strategy for growth across all commercial market segments. The primary objective is to increase opportunity creation and win rates and drive New Logo acquisition and expansion within our existing client base through both partner segments.

How will you make an impact?  

  • Manage ongoing efforts to ensure opportunity and deal flow required to meet booking targets across US and Canada. 
  • Establish and cultivate relationships within partners and NICE cross-functional leadership.
  • Develop and drive strategic initiatives delivering profitable revenue growth, innovation, and market expansion.
  • Lead and motivate the Partner Sales team to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for pipeline creation, bookings and revenue growth.
  • Lead Partner Sales team to build and scale new and existing strategic partnerships.
  • Drive Partner Sales strategy by thoroughly understanding industry trends, innovation, and competitive markets.
  • Conduct deep analysis on pipeline and forecasts to understand segment health and execute strategies to drive results in each domain.
  • Head up best-in-class hiring & development strategy for Partner Sales talent success.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team on targeted campaigns to increase pipeline.
  • Engage cross-functionally to drive greater sales efficiency (marketing, sales engineering, legal) to reduce costs and roadblocks.
  • Understand Partner Sales processes and provide insight and strategies to increase win rates, productivity, and profitability of partner sales throughout the sales process.
  • Align planning and strategy for forecasting, budgeting, and sales org structure with corporate and regional objectives.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience required.​ 
  • 12+ years sales experience.
  • 5+ years in management. 
  • Previous work experience in a technology company. 
  • Experience working with or for a Global System Integrator.
  • Very strong analytical skills. 
  • Experience using all MS Office products, with advanced level experience using MS Excel. 
  • Very strong presentation skills including presentation creation experience using MS PowerPoint. 
  • Proven track record of defining and meeting revenue goals. 
  • Experience in relationship management. 
  • Experience in working independently with little or no direct supervision on site.
