As a Workplace Experience Partner, you will serve as an integral member of the Workplace Experience & Tech Services team ensuring the seamless operation of administrative functions and enhancing the employee experience in our Amsterdam office. This role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities focused on maintaining organizational efficiency, managing front desk operations, and supporting Tech Services with basic trouble shooting tasks and desk set ups.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the main contact for the Amsterdam Reception Desk, overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, including managing incoming and outgoing activity such as guests, deliveries, vendor services, phone calls, and correspondence
- Lead conference room scheduling, particularly for recruiting efforts and VIP visitors, while ensuring rooms are prepared and video conferencing equipment is operational
- Coordinate catering on behalf of the office and manage setup and packing down as required
- Deliver exceptional customer service to visiting employees, vendors, first-time guests, and candidates, ensuring they are well-supported, and the Jump culture is positively represented
- Provide cross-departmental administrative assistance, including office communications, intranet postings, employee seating charts, access card management, and managing third party vendor access
- Support day-to-day facility operations, including vendor management, supply ordering, housekeeping, shipping/receiving, and general office maintenance requests
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities such as internal and external office events, wellness initiatives, and corporate social season ticket distribution
- Support miscellaneous administrative, operational and project-related tasks as required, adapting to changing priorities and needs
- Maintain and update internal documentation, office procedures, and foster positive local and global team communications
- Interest in being trained to provide first-line technical support and basic troubleshooting for Windows and Mac systems, as well as assisting employees with mobile device setup and configuration, ensuring quick resolution of common technical issues
- Offer friendly and proactive Tech support, fostering positive interactions with employees while addressing their basic technical needs, escalating complex problems to 2nd-line support or specialized personnel when necessary
- Ensure proper setup and functionality of office hardware, proactively assisting employees with replacing faulty monitors, keyboards, mice, or other peripherals if needed
- Support office layout changes by moving desks and equipment, including reconnecting computers, and testing basic network settings
- Display curiosity and engagement in technology, showing a willingness to learn new tools and concepts to improve skills
Skills You’ll Need:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Strong interpersonal skills – an upbeat, client service, can-do attitude

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Team player, able to take direction as well as show initiative
- Good judgment with respect to sensitive subject matter – able to uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Reliable and predictable availability, for a five day, in-office role
- Ability to speak Dutch a bonus but not a requirement
