We are seeking a talented Technical Consultant (Post-Sales) to join our expanding team in EMEA. In this role, you will assist customers in effectively leveraging the Workato platform from both business and technical perspectives. You will define and promote best practices for integration and automation, collaborating closely with customer business and technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to extending our product's functionality and continually refine our engagement strategies to ensure exceptional customer success.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Participating in professional services engagements, by developing and consulting on integrations and automations for our customers, including migrations from other platforms to Workato.
Technical Consultants are ultimately responsible for helping our customers scale their automation practice and ensure they adhere to automation best practices, architecture patterns, and governance processes.
Being a Workato evangelist with the ability to discover and demonstrate how Workato can effectively help companies with their business automation needs across a broad set of industries through professional services engagements.
Becoming the trusted technical advisor to customers and partners from an overall solution, architecture, and implementation perspective for the Workato platform.
Contributing to the growth of our presence in France, by participating in Workato Community events, enabling local partners, etc.
Through professional services engagements, you will:
Lead business requirements sessions.
Develop designs for customer integrations and automations.
Conduct recipe reviews.
Advise on unit, integration, and user acceptance testing best practices.
Conduct production readiness assessments.
Advise on production deployment procedures.
Conduct post-live deployment health checks and guidance on recipe and process optimizations
Provide thorough knowledge transfer to customer and partner teams.
Apply and advise on frameworks, such as Workato’s GEARS to align with customer organizations’ needs.
Be embedded in customers’ or partners’ organisations and rapidly understand and absorb their current business process and levers and advise on how they can be improved through automation, orchestration, or adoption of other Workato platform features.
5+ years of technology transformation consulting, including implementation experience with one or more common integration or middleware solutions and/or API management solutions.
Experience in designing and implementing resilient and high-volume end-to-end integration solutions.
Deep understanding of security and governance needs for large enterprise organizations.
Ability to travel to the client site up to 25%, but may be higher or lower based on prevailing circumstances.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English & French, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience.
Strong collaboration skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment with a passion for making an impact.
Customer-oriented mindset, easily adaptable to different company sizes and lines of business.
Excellent enablement skills, experienced in establishing trust and building partnerships with customers or partners.
Strong critical thinking, and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations.
Fast learner who can independently conduct extensive research, and synthesize ideas, information, and options quickly.
Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
Strong written and oral communication skills in Hebrew - Advanced level or higher. As this role will also cover clients in Israel who primarily communicate in Hebrew.
Experience in digital transformation projects, preferably in enterprise consulting engagements.
BSc or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering.
Knowledge of key applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Netsuite, Workday, ServiceNow, EBusiness Suite, and Databases.
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and programming languages Ruby, ABAP, Java, Groovy, JS.
Experience having worked in a global start-up environment.
Relevant certifications (AWS, Microsoft etc.)
