We are looking for a Senior Communications Business Manager for the Bethesda, ZeniMax, and Casual Games teams in Game Content & Studios (GC&S). This role will create and implement an internal communications strategy and ensure effective information dissemination. This role will be responsible for writing and executing in a highly matrixed environment, including leadership messages and team forums such as All Hands, Offsites, speaking events, etc. You’ll partner with key stakeholders, including our PR lead on external communications, our marketing team on product/release updates, and the Chief of Staff on the overall rhythm of business.
Responsibilities also include leading projects, planning team events, creating business operations presentations, and preparing for speaking engagements. You will be a trusted member of a tight-knit team, an exemplary of cultural alignment who holds themselves to the highest professional standards. Broad and deep business acumen, sound decision-making, and operational excellence are core to this role.
