What We Do:
We build Employee Service Delivery capabilities for Microsoft 365 Copilot. Through these capabilities, we are making Microsoft 365 Copilot the single starting point for all of employee’s needs as well as giving the tools and capabilities leaders need to successfully transform their organizations around AI.
Our Culture:
We are a geo-distributed team of product managers and technical program managers. We are primarily focused on creating experiences for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio that complete user jobs around Employee Experience – leveraging the data and capabilities of Microsoft Viva and Microsoft 365. We are data informed and hypothesis driven and measure our outcomes to prove we deliver value to customers. We partner closely with a talented and senior set of engineers, designers, and researchers.
Creating a successful team involves fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome. We prioritize inclusive meetings to encourage valuable dialogue and maintain transparency as a cultural cornerstone. We support talent mobility and experimentation within the team and company.
