About the Role

Fivetran is hiring a Commercial Account Executive to lead our growth across Israel, the Middle East, and Africa. This is a unique, high-impact role where you’ll be the only Commercial AE dedicated to the region, owning strategy, execution, and results.

We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, resourceful, and commercially sharp, who sees untapped markets as an opportunity—not a risk. You'll have the autonomy to build your book of business in some of the most dynamic tech and data economies in the world.

You'll also join a team of top-performing AEs, at a company backed by the best in tech and on a clear path to IPO, in one of the fastest-growing spaces: the modern data stack.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Dublin office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of Fivetran’s commercial expansion across Israel, the Middle East, and Africa
• Build and close a pipeline of high-value SaaS deals with Commercial organisations (1–2000 employees)
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers across industries and use cases
• Collaborate with global channel partners to expand reach
• Guide customers through onboarding, ensuring long-term success

Skills We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally in emerging or diverse regions
• Proven success in building net-new business and closing complex deals
• Fluent in English; Arabic a strong plus
• Deep curiosity about customer pain points and strong solution selling skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset – you’ll be building a business within a business
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities

Bonus Skills

• Experience selling to commercial organisations in Israel, UAE or South Africa
• Comfortable with high-value SaaS contracts ($100k–$250k ARR)
• Familiarity with cloud data infrastructure, analytics tools, or data integration
• Experience working with or through local and global partners
