About the RoleThe Regional Strategic Platform Architect serves as a pivotal bridge between sales, services, and product teams, ensuring clients receive best-in-class solutions that align with their event planning lifecycle needs. This role blends a strong front-facing sales presence with deep technical expertise, supporting sales efforts, architecting solutions, and influencing product development to drive innovation and customer success.
This individual will work closely with sales teams to support new business opportunities, upsell existing customers, and provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle. Additionally, they will collaborate with services and product teams to pass over requirements, identify product needs, and drive best practices in solution architecture.
