The Team

Our RSI (Regional System Integrators) team is central to Celonis growth strategy as we aim to place Celonis technology on every consultant’s laptop and maximize the value our clients can realize with our technology through our partner ecosystem. Building the RSI partner ecosystem globally is extremely important as these partners bring focal expertise, agility, and flexibility, increasing our market reach in the scalability and speed we need.   

For that role we seek a Domain Partnership Sr. Associate - New York, to join our global RSI leadership team and manage the RSI sales as first person on the ground supporting the development and execution of their pipeline powered by Celonis Platform.

The Role

As a Domain Partnership Sr. Associate on the RSI Global Ecosystem Team at Celonis, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through our RSI partner network. Your main focus will be qualifying and advancing the opportunity pipeline generated by RSI partners. Acting as their Ecosystem Account Executive, you’ll ensure seamless collaboration between partners and our Sales and Ecosystem teams, enabling successful outcomes. 

In this role, you will:

  • Empower RSI Partners: Ensure partners are effectively leveraging Celonis tools, resources, and sales materials, and applying their knowledge of Celonis to customer projects.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Act as the bridge between partners and our Account Executives, fostering strong collaboration to maximize revenue opportunities sourced by RSI partners.
  • Lead SMB Sales Efforts through partners: For the SMB market, you will take on the role of an Account Executive, directly managing opportunities, maintaining accurate pipeline updates, and driving closing plans that partners will execute.

The ideal candidate is dynamic, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment managing a large-scale partner network. You excel at engaging with senior partner stakeholders, confidently articulating the value of embedding Celonis into their projects, and driving mutual success for both the partner and the customer. This role offers the opportunity to navigate and succeed within a high-growth, results-driven operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Management: Qualify and track partner-sourced opportunities to ensure alignment with revenue goals, maintaining strong momentum and engagement with both partners and customers.
  • Sales Enablement: Support partners in navigating the Celonis sales cycle, providing tools, training, and guidance to drive deal success.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams to align partner-led efforts with Celonis’ broader sales and growth strategies.
  • Ecosystem Growth: Strengthen our partner ecosystem by ensuring partners have the knowledge, resources, and confidence to independently sell and deliver Celonis-powered solutions.
  • SMB Opportunity Ownership: Lead SMB deals end-to-end, building and executing tailored closing plans in collaboration with partners.

Qualifications:

  • Sales Expertise: Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, value-based selling, and driving revenue through partners.
  • Partner Management: Experienced in fostering strong relationships across all partner levels and supporting ecosystem success.
  • Strategic Mindset: Aligns partner activities with sales strategies and identifies growth opportunities through data-driven insights.
  • Communication Skills: Articulate and adaptable in presenting value propositions to diverse stakeholders, from technical to executive audiences.
  • Pipeline Management: Proficient in CRM tools and managing multiple opportunities with structured organization.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiar with Celonis products and process mining, with the ability to quickly master new technologies.
  • Proactive Attitude: Goal-oriented and self-driven, with a collaborative approach to achieving and exceeding targets.
  • SMB Acumen: Experience in SMB sales is a plus, addressing unique market challenges and driving engagement directly.
  • Cultural Fit: Thrives in dynamic, multicultural environments, fostering collaboration across teams and partners.

Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field.
    • Experience in sales, partner management, or ecosystem development roles, ideally in SaaS or technology sectors.
    • Fluency in English, other languages are a plus such as Spanish. 

Bonus Skills

    • Previous experience with process mining or enterprise software solutions.

This role is integral to our ecosystem growth strategy, making you a critical enabler of Celonis’ mission to scale revenue through a robust and capable partner network.

The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.

Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
The base salary range below is for the role in New York, based on a Full Time Schedule.
$71,000$104,000 USD
