Amazon Freight product allows Shippers to use Amazon’s transportation network to transport products in bulk across Europe. This is an innovative technology driven solution for the shipping needs of small and large businesses and is scaling rapidly as an offering. Amazon Freight is a part of the Amazon Transportation Services organization in Europe which is a supply chain technology organization and responsible for many of Amazon’s best-in-class logistics offerings.
We are looking for a result driven, creative thinker who is detail-oriented, analytical, innovative, and customer-obsessed Sales Operations Manager to join our fast-paced dynamic team.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with CRM it’s uses and functions and enjoys the challenge of highly complex business contexts and is a passionate about scaling businesses.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage and drive velocity within the sales pipelines
• Reporting gaps in forecast and desired sales behaviors, providing mitigation plans and driving continuous improvements
• Conceptualise and deliver programmes to improve sales productivity
• Document best practice through production of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to strive for Sales Excellence
• Delivering Sales focused projects and tools to better enable the sales team
• Undertake support activities to facilitate new product or feature launches.
A day in the life
This role will be pivotal in supporting our Commercial teams to meet their challenging goals by providing day to day support to the sales team. You will own pipeline management and work with on releasing new ways of working, either through SOP or technology. You will be work heavily with CRM platform (Salesforce) to spot trends and ways of improving productivity and to enable growth.
At present, the team is responsible for Sales Enablement, CRM and associated technology, Tender Management and Governance.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Experience in finance, business management and sales operations
