Senior Salesforce Developer - CPQ

Our Salesforce team is a group of dedicated professionals responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our Salesforce ecosystem. The team focuses on delivering scalable and robust solutions that support our sales, service, and marketing functions. We pride ourselves on staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce innovations and best practices to ensure our platform is optimized for performance and usability. The team is highly collaborative, working closely with business analysts, product managers, and other IT teams to understand and address the needs of the business. Our Salesforce CPQ specialists play a critical role in streamlining the configuration, pricing, and quoting processes to drive efficiency and accuracy in our sales operations. You will be reporting to Sr. Manager, Application Engineering. You will be responsible for:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.
• Implement and customize Salesforce CPQ to streamline the quoting process, including the creation and management of product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval workflows.
• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Workato, and other middleware technologies.
• Follow Salesforce best practices for development, including coding standards, security considerations, and performance optimization.Work closely with business analysts, architects, stakeholders, and other developers to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience in a hands-on Senior Salesforce Dev position
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ development
• Has hands-on experience in several mid-size or enterprise, global implementations of Salesforce
• Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practices using Apex, LWC and Visualforce
• Knowledge of Salesforce Integration Patterns and multiple Salesforce Project deployments including release and environment management

What We're Looking for (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Salesforce Communities, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and knowledge of CPQ tools.
• Nice to have Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, and Salesforce Certified Administrator.
