The Ogilvy Indonesia team is expanding and seeking to build a pool of talented candidates for the position of Senior Creative Director. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead creative excellence across beauty brands, crafting integrated campaigns that span social, digital, and ATL channels. 

About the Role

As a Senior Creative Director, you will lead the creative vision for our beauty brands, developing innovative strategies and campaigns that resonate with consumers while achieving business objectives. You will guide a multidisciplinary team of creatives, drive 360 campaigns, and ensure alignment across all touchpoints. This is a senior leadership role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative excellence, and strong leadership capabilities.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Visionary Leadership: Proven experience leading creative teams at a senior level, preferably within the beauty or lifestyle industry.
  • 360 Expertise: Deep experience creating integrated campaigns across social, digital, and ATL channels.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to connect creative ideas with business strategies, driving meaningful impact for clients.
  • Creative Excellence: Strong portfolio showcasing award-winning, multi-platform campaigns for premium brands.
  • Client Relationship Management: Track record of building and maintaining high-level client relationships.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Thrives in cross-functional environments, partnering with account, strategy, and production teams.
  • Inspiring Mentor: Passion for mentoring and developing senior and junior creative talent.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating complex challenges in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Global Perspective: Knowledge of cultural and industry trends on a global scale to inform locally relevant campaigns.

Experience

  • 12+ years of creative experience, including leadership roles, with a focus on beauty or lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrated success in developing 360 campaigns across social, digital, and ATL.
  • Experience working with regional or global beauty brands.
