Do you like to invent and simplify processes, work with teams around the world, and know that your work has global impact? Come join the team responsible for translating campaigns that promote AWS's priority solution themes and services in 12+ languages!

The localization program manager role plays a key part in our ability to launch campaigns globally, and will partner closely with our central localization team, regional stakeholders, and campaign and program managers. This role specifically will focus on processing localized assets, including handbacks and handoffs.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage asset uploads and downloads from central localization tool
- Document errors in translated content via Workfront.
- Manage localization trackers and ensure correctly updated with all relevant information.
- Monitor localization delivery dates and resolve delays appropriately.
- Work with localization vendor teams as needed to answer ad-hoc process questions.
- Own email translation process and vendor relationship with vendor.
- Provide regular localization updates on biweekly calls with campaign and program managers, as well as geo stakeholders.
- Ensure the localization process runs smoothly, serving as the main point of contact for any team questions around localization.

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- 2+ years of professional non-internship localization and/or translation experience.- Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g. Wordpress, Drupla, Joomla, etc.)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $54,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $116,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
