Project Assistant

The role

As the scale and complexity of Deliveroo grows, we’re looking for a project administrator to join our expanding Commercial Operations team. This is a growing team, who are on a mission to create a centre of operational excellence for our commercial teams. You’ll be required to work closely with our Account Management teams, as well as central functions such as the Rx Org, Product & Tech. 

We’re looking for a Project Administrator who is highly organised, has strong interpersonal skills, and enjoys problem-solving. This role will report into the Global Enablement Manager and will be required to work closely with the Commercial & Product teams to assist with project execution. You’ll provide operational and administrative support for the Commercial Operations team, working on projects across GTM, B2B Comms, Reporting & Analytics, L&D and Marketing Operations. 

What you’ll be doing

• Administrative support for our Commercial Operations team, such as raising localisation requests with our external agency and updating help centre articles.  
• Optimising tools & processes to streamline ways of working and cross-team collaboration
• Assist with coordination of new product launches, ensuring central teams follow the process and standards defined in our GTM playbooks.
• Provide support across the GTM & B2B functions, including the administration & maintenance of our GTM playbooks, trackers and the upkeep of content & learning on our enablement platform. 
• Help coordinate team members to achieve project objectives

Requirements

• Project Management: a motivated individual with the ability to manage and progress multiple projects simultaneously involving multiple stakeholders across both Commercial and other Deliveroo functions. Can work autonomously in a fast-changing environment.
• Communication & Influence: Listens actively and empathetically. Collaborates effectively across a wide range of teams and stakeholder groups. Demonstrates a confident presentation style.
• Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking: Has an appetite for simplifying and optimising processes based on customer feedback and senior stakeholders recommendations.
• Team Development and Community-Building: A team player who readily collaborates cross-functionally and can resolve areas of misalignment or conflict between teams. Finds opportunities to build a sense of community.
