How you'll make an impact
This is a key role within Planday’s Strategy and Operations team. We exist to make it easy for Planday to get the right stuff done. We create the operating system for the business to develop, prioritise and execute strategic decisions. We deploy Project and Delivery practices across cross-functional teams to accelerate the delivery of value in our company objectives (we use the OKR framework here), and other mission critical projects. Our Projects Managers are a critical part of our overall success and a force multiplier for us to co-ordinate execution across the entire business.
You’ll work with a wide group of partners across almost all business units, on both technical and non-technical initiatives, therefore a broad experience of product, engineering and commercial projects will be really helpful. To have maximum impact in this role, you’ll need to have a very strong bias for action, be personable, be confident in driving change (especially when it feels difficult) and embody our values in the role.
