Project Kuiper is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

As a Program Manager for Kuiper Enterprise Technology, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across Kuiper enterprise applications. You will collaborate with PMTs TPM and development team to complete PMO effort for the team. Your collaborate with multiple managers to corral the team to meet deliverable deadlines, anticipate and plan dependencies.

Key job responsibilities
• Function as Program Manager/PMO for ERP development team.
• Manage contractual agreements with Vendors, SI provides and other suppliers, running RFPs, verification of invoices etc.
• Consolidate Enterprise Application org level MBR, QBR, Run Quarterly Planning sessions at org level with strong doc writing skills
• Run org level initiatives for supporting systems intake process, KPI consolidations, best practices for project execution and management working closely with project TPMs
• Manage dependencies inside and outside of the team to get the team answers on time, unblock the team to aligned project plan and business need by dates
• Identify and escalate risks, manage issue resolution



A day in the life
This role will be highly collaborative, requiring partnerships with TPMs/Srum leads and cross-functional leaders to drive positive results. This role requires ability to bring together team level initiatives of WBR, MBR and QBR together in a collaborative fashion.

You will tackle challenging, novel situations every day and have the opportunity to work with multiple technical teams at Amazon in different locations. You should be comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and relish the idea of solving problems that haven't been solved at scale before. - 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
