YOUR MISSION

Our Payroll Analyst will support the Payroll team in the monthly payroll procedures to best fit our different demands, making sure that we are meeting with local laws in international countries where we currently have activities.

THE JOURNEY

  • Payroll Administration: collect all payroll-related information from managers, prepare, generate, check, and submit payroll figures in a monthly basis;
  • Maintenance of the Internal Files: conduct maintenance of internal and shared files with the providers to ensure data accuracy and efficiency (using Google Sheets and Excel);
  • Data: conduct payroll checks on the providers' results and ensure data accuracy and completion;
  • Taxes: help our employees with any tax-related questions with the support of our providers;
  • Payroll Coordination: be the go-between for HR, Finance, Legal, and the Outsourced Payroll Provider to ensure there is clear communication between the departments for efficient payroll service;
  • Sick Leaves: make sure all our employees provide Baja/Alta or the locally required documentation and ensuring the payroll provider is informed;
  • Benefits: explain the payroll and benefits to all new hires and current employees; 
  • Payroll update: apply changes to salaries, benefits, promotions, bonus, etc., and provide support to implement new Benefits packages or improve the current ones;
  • Collaboration: support the rest of the People Team or any - other department that needs it - regarding any topics related to our employees' payroll and benefits;
  • Help keep our colleagues happy!

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience handling end-to-end payroll processes;
  • Strong knowledge of payroll structure, Social Security, and Tax regulation and administration;
  • Excellent data management skills - high excel and database management proficiency;
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English. French and/or Ukrainian are a plus;
  • Proactive, hands-on and eager to get your hands dirty;
  • Detail-oriented - you are a freak when it comes to detail;
  • Always looking for ways to improve processes and optimize coordination between colleagues;
  • Alignment with our Core Values.
