Amazon is seeking an exceptional Channel Operations Manager to join our Last Mile Logistics team and help shape the future of delivery operations.
Lead end-to-end channel operations while implementing innovative solutions to enhance our customer delivery experience. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership to drive continuous improvement across our logistics network.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management, guiding initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships across internal and external stakeholders, utilizing advanced negotiation and communication skills to drive results.
- Create and execute comprehensive network expansion strategies, including detailed roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Navigate and thrive in ambiguous situations, making autonomous decisions while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Strong self-starter mentality with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Leverage data analytics to optimize performance and guide strategic decision-making.
- Provide leadership oversight for multiple locations while ensuring consistent operational excellence and compliance with Amazon standards.
A day in the life
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Travel and Meet with delivery service partners to review initiatives discuss strategic.
- Generation documentation for project definition and budget approval.
- Analyze delivery performance data from the previous day and create action plans for any areas needing improvement.
- Meet with delivery service partners to review performance and discuss strategic improvements.
- Participate in regional operations calls to align on network-wide initiatives and progress.
- Plan and strategize for upcoming peak periods or special operations.

We're looking for individuals who can operate independently in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information. Our team members must be able to navigate ambiguity while maintaining focus on delivering results.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- English fluency (C1+) in both written and verbal communication- 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
- Travel Locally in México.
