We're seeking an experienced Partner Sales Lead to drive SmartBiz's growth through strategic partner relationships, D2C brand acquisition, and service provider management. This role will lead a team of partner managers to build and scale our partner ecosystem, enabling D2C brands to succeed on our platform while also onboarding and managing crucial service providers.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and scale a team of partner managers focused on D2C brand acquisition through agency partnerships
• Develop and execute strategies for onboarding, managing, and scaling service providers crucial for D2C brand success on SmartBiz
• Develop and execute partner enablement strategies to drive D2C brand adoption
• Create scalable frameworks for partner onboarding, training, and success measurement
• Own partner revenue targets and key business metrics
• Build and manage relationships with service providers for D2C ecosystem. Create and implement quality assurance processes for service provider performance
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in partner sales/business development, with 3+ years managing teams
• Strong track record in building and scaling partner programs and managing service provider networks
• Experience working with D2C brands, digital marketing agencies, and e-commerce service providers
• Deep understanding of e-commerce ecosystem and digital marketing landscape
• Proven ability to develop and manage complex partner and service provider relationships
• Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
