Are you passionate about building innovative solutions in digital advertising? The Amazon Ads Supply Quality team is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to lead our Brand Safety initiatives. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to protect advertisers from exposure to egregious content and maintain the integrity of Amazon Ads, with a particular focus on third-party (3P) supply.

As a Senior Product Manager for Ads Brand Safety, you will own the development and implementation of brand safety filtering solutions, work with third-party vendors, manage customer escalations, and drive industry-leading safety standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define vision, metrics, and execution strategies while maintaining Amazon's high bar for advertising quality and trust.

The ideal candidate will combine technical acumen and strategic thinking with excellent stakeholder management skills, and have experience in advertising technology and brand safety solutions. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle ambiguity, and drive results through influence and collaboration.


Key job responsibilities
* Enhance brand safety filtering for all brand-unsafe content categories on 3P supply, focusing on reducing risk and maintaining advertising solution integrity
* Develop vision and strategy for Baseline Brand Safety (Brand Safety Floor), including influencing policy improvements
* Define and align leadership on measurement of exposure to brand unsafe content, and reduction goals
* Manage customer escalations, including developing SOPs, and incident responses
* Collaborate with third-party vendors to enhance brand safety solutions and expand detection capabilities
* Establish and manage integration of industry and 3P datasets
* Partner with supply teams to enhance publisher onboarding processes- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning advertising technology products
- Experience managing relationships with third-party vendors and partners
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience in brand safety, ad verification, or content moderation
- Experience in influencing senior stakeholders through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional and technical teams
- Experience in risk management and policy development
- Track record of developing and implementing technical solutions
- Experience with programmatic advertising and real-time bidding systems
- Project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
