We are looking for a Senior Director, Accounting to help us build out our finance and accounting teams in EMEA and globally. Primarily responsible for overseeing the accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and payroll accounting for EMEA.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Oversee the monthly accounting close and financial reporting cycles; continuously drive to improve processes for scalability and complexity
  • Manage the external audit processes and annual filings by gathering and helping prepare all supporting documentation requested
  • Oversee the timely filings of all tax, statutory, and associated local filings for each legal entity while coordinating with external providers
  • Oversee and assist with the creation and maintenance of accounting schedules, reconciliations, and roll-forwards so the control environment is operating efficiently
  • Build excellent working relationships with the rest of the Accounting organisation across EMEA, AMER, and APJ

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Master’s degree in accounting or equivalent. Relevant education and expertise in accounting and tax matters
  • 10+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role at a multinational company
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP (US, French) and IFRS
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls and SOX
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and experience dealing with various tax authorities and relevant government agencies in EMEA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English
