Job Description

As the Senior Marketing Expert – Middle East, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth, increase brand awareness, and establish Dataiku’s influence within the region. You will work closely with our sales team (Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Business Development Representatives) as well as global marketing functions to align regional efforts with overarching business objectives.

This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strong background in B2B marketing, a deep understanding of the Middle East market, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation & Brand Awareness

  • Event Management:
    • Develop and execute high-impact regional events, including conferences, customer meetups, webinars, and Dataiku’s official Summit.
    • Oversee Dataiku’s participation in third-party industry events, ensuring strong ROI and brand visibility.
  • Paid Campaigns:
    • Partner with global marketing teams to strategize and implement targeted paid campaigns optimized for the Middle East audience.
    • Leverage digital and offline marketing channels to drive engagement and pipeline growth.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Localized Content Creation:
    • Develop content that resonates with the region’s audience, including customer stories and tailored messaging.
    • Collaborate with the global content team to adapt thought leadership pieces to the regional context.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
    • Design and implement ABM strategies to support high-value accounts in close collaboration with the sales team.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Enablement

  • Sales Alignment:
    • Work closely with AEs, CSMs, and BDRs to ensure marketing initiatives directly support sales objectives.
    • Equip the sales team with localized marketing materials, insights, and tools to enhance their outreach and engagement efforts.
  • Partnerships & Alliances:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and industry influencers to amplify Dataiku’s presence in the region.

Success Metrics

  • Pipeline Growth: Demonstrate measurable impact on pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue contribution.
  • Brand Awareness: Expand Dataiku’s visibility and influence within the Middle East market.
  • Campaign Effectiveness: Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives to optimize ROI and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the tech or software industry.
  • Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of the Middle East market, business culture, and customer behaviors.
  • Strategic & Tactical Execution: Proven ability to develop and execute regional marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Marketing Skills:
    • Expertise in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, ABM, event execution, and content development.
    • Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to measure and optimize marketing performance based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Location: Must be based in Dubai and open to travel within the region as needed.
