How you will make an impact:

As the Director, Professional Services Project Management you will lead and scale our Project Management team to deliver exceptional results for our enterprise SaaS customers.

Your leadership will be instrumental in creating seamless project execution, fostering customer success, and driving operational excellence. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes that meet our customers’ goals.

This role is critical in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of our platform implementations. Your ability to build relationships, lead teams, and manage complex projects will directly impact our growth and success.

You’ll Get To:

Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team:

  • Lead team of Project Managers to execute enterprise SaaS implementations and custom integrations.
  • Create a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
  • Strong ownership, bias for action and willingness to role up your sleeves

Deliver Successful Projects:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Define and implement standardized project management methodologies, processes, and tools to improve project delivery and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success) and external stakeholders to align on project goals and priorities.

Drive Customer Success:

  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless and positive project experience.
  • Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and opportunities to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop project plans, requirements gathering templates, and other tools to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Enhance Operational Efficiency:

  • Continuously evaluate project performance and use data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and strategic changes to enhance customer outcomes.
  • Recommend changes to our platform or processes to improve the overall customer experience.

Contribute to Strategic Growth:

  • Support pre-sales activities by working with the Sales team on scoping and qualifying projects to ensure alignment with customer needs and team capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to drive customer retention and expansion by delivering measurable value through successful project outcomes.

We Are Looking For:

Experience & Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role in SaaS or software.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, enterprise-level projects, including software implementations and integrations.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), SQL, and integration technologies.

Leadership & Communication Skills:

  • Ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with executives and key stakeholders.

Customer Focus & Passion:

  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering extraordinary customer service.
  • Passion for scaling teams, improving processes, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in marketing automation, email/SMS/mobile channel marketing platforms, or related SaaS industries.
  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Experience working in high-growth Saas environments.

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $152,000 - $230,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
