About Role
Working as part of the ION Analytics Marketing team, the Lead Generation Specialist will play a crucial role in driving our pipeline generation efforts. This position involves researching and qualifying inbound leads, building lead lists, and ensuring data accuracy to support inbound and outbound lead generation efforts.
A lead generation specialist is responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads by processing, enriching, and assigning the lead to appropriate salesperson. This position will be responsible to implement best practices for Salesforce hygiene and maintain lead generation processes to maximize the revenue opportunity for ION Analytics.
Need
•Inbound team handles over 14,000 leads per year
•After the contractor leaves in January, there will only be two people on the team
•With 260 working days that’s over 50 leads per day, 25 per person. This is a high number of leads to manage per person every day while managing other duties as well.
•When the team takes holiday, gets sick or if there’s turnover it will cause backlog of leads not getting assigned to sales in a timely manner.
