Mirakl is growing in the US and is positioned for continued success and continued growth. We are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner, based in Boston, to support and partner with our key leaders and teams for the AMER region as we continue to build and grow.

Your Impact:

Mirakl's HR Business Partners serve as strategic advisors and partners to senior leadership, driving organizational excellence through data-driven insights, scalable people solutions, and thought partnership. They provide expert guidance on organizational design, talent development, compensation strategy, and workforce planning while embodying Mirakl's values of working hard together and succeeding through expertise. As trusted business partners, they empower and challenge leaders to build high-performing teams that fuel Mirakl's continued growth and innovation. 

What you will do at Mirakl:

  • Engage in trusting relationships with senior business leaders in the AMER region (US, LATAM) and our team in Australia.
  • Become a key advisor and thought partner in strategic decision making with an emphasis on scaling our business.
  • Drive headcount planning and organizational design efforts through working with the leadership team, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and broader People team globally.
  • Closely partner with business leaders to evaluate talent needs for their teams, and empower them through coaching and feedback to execute action plans. 
  • Coach leaders and managers on how to effectively manage all types of people topics including performance management, employee relations and career development. 
  • Work with the global People Team to scope, design, develop and deliver strategic People initiatives such as annual performance and compensation reviews and engagement surveys with effective action planning.

What Mirakl is looking for in a Candidate:

  • Commitment to being onsite in the Boston office 4 days per week with the option of working remotely 1 day per week.
  • 2+ years of experience in a strategic HRBP role
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence managers of all levels
  • Experience with navigating a true partnership and having awareness of respecting the critical boundaries and decision making roles and responsibilities within the partnership
  • Experience working with a rapidly growing business
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the task done, no matter what it is
  • Comfortable having challenging conversations and holding a high bar for performance
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience designing and leading projects and programs through to completion
  • Motivated by the successes of the leaders and teams that you support - small and large
