About the Job

This position is responsible for supporting office operations, coordinating with international teams, and managing administrative tasks within the office. The role includes assisting the Human Resources (HR) team, supporting executives, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic software.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in the organization.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or related role is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in both Thai and English.

Job Type

Responsibilities

HR Support:

  • Assist with employee fingerprint scanning and attendance tracking.
  • Facilitate and coordinate for regional teams visiting Thailand.
  • Support HR-related administrative tasks.

Executive Support:

  • Manage hotel bookings for executives and team members.
  • Coordinate with executive assistants regarding travel and business visits to Thailand.
  • Handle other executive-related coordination tasks as needed.

Office Management:

  • Oversee keycard issuance and office access.
  • Manage office supplies and procurement.
  • Assist with ordering lunch and meal arrangements.
  • Organize monthly birthday snack activities for employees.

Coordination and Support:

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with other tasks assigned by management.
